Support Worker/Senior support worker
We are looking for a compassionate and caring support Worker to care for and support individuals with learning disabilities. To encourage individuals to be independent so they can reach their full potential and live their lives to the full. If you’re empathetic, reliable, and have the desire to make an impact, join our brilliant team and make a difference as a Support Worker.

Role and Responsibility

Provide general support as part of a care & support team
-
Assist with household duties & management and this may include assistance with cleaning, cooking, washing, and payment of bills.

Provide personal care and person-centered support to individuals within their own homes and support them to be part of the community they live in.

To support or administer medication
-
Be able to motivate and encourage people through positive engagement and interaction
-
Full training, development, and ongoing support will be provided.
-
To promote independence when supporting individuals within their own homes.

Senior Support Workers will have added responsibilities, this may include supporting Managers and Lead Support Workers with care plans and supervision.

To support Individuals with limited mobility with moving and handling.
